Dr. Kosal Path is an Non-resident Senior Fellow of Research Centre for Asian Studies(RCAS), and Associate Professor of Political Science at Brooklyn College and International Relations faculty member at the Graduate Center, The City University of New York, USA. He received his doctoral degree in international relations from the University of Southern California (USC) in 2008. He had taught international relations of the Asia-Pacific at USC from 2009 to 2011 before joining Brooklyn College in 2013. He is the author of Vietnam’s Strategic Thinking During the Third Indochina War(The University of Wisconsin Press, 2020). His current book projects focuse on (1) the politics of asymmetry in Cambodia's relations with Vietnam and China & (2) the history of Vietnam's decade in Cambodia, 1978-1989.
