Dr. Putri Rakhmadhani Nur Rimbawati is a social scientist and researcher at the ASEAN Studies Center, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Universitas Gadjah Mada, Indonesia. She is the editor and contributor of “Gender dalam Praktik Regulasi Tenun” (2021) as well as author of several articles on intercultural communication, health communication, media effects, children and woman empowerment. On the other hand, she is also News Department Chief of Simpang5tv, member of PT. Jawa Pos Multimedia (JPM), which has a network of 33 Jawa Pos Group Television stations in Indonesia. She passionate and experienced news anchor and television presenter with more than ten-years working in the Television of Indonesia, and published papers in various academic journals or conference papers, and book chapter such as “Indonesia’s Response to COVID-19: Between Economics, Public Health, and Social Media”. Strong media and communication professional with a PhD Student focused in New Media Studies, School of Media and Communication of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China.
