Dr. Grace Guiang is a Non-resident Fellow of Research Centre for Asian Studies(RCAS), Hainan, and a Ph.D. student in International Relations at the School of International Studies, Jinan University, Guangzhou. She is a former Research Analyst and Coordinator for International Exchanges at the Asia Pacific Pathways to Progress Foundation, Inc (appfi.ph), a Manila-based foreign policy think tank. She earned her Master in International Studies from the University of the Philippines. In 2018, she joined the delegation of the Visiting Program for Young Sinologists in Guangzhou. Her research interests include multilateralism, minilateral arrangements, regional security, geopolitics, and the Belt and Road Initiative. Prior to joining research, she worked at the Presidential Communications Development and Strategic Planning Office of the Philippine government.
