Prof. Chandarith Neak is Non-resident Senior Fellow of The Hong Kong Research Center for Asian Studies(RCAS), Hong Kong, as well as Dean of Institute for International Studies and Public Policy at the Royal University of Phnom Penh, Cambodia. He is also the founding Director of Cambodia 21st Century Maritime Silk Road Research Centre at the same institution, Royal University of Phnom Penh. His research interests center on BRI, Mekong-Lancang Mechanism and state-society relations in Southeast Asia.
