Dr. Nguyen Tuan Khanh is an Non-resident Fellow at the Hong Kong Research Center for Asian Studies (RCAS), Hong Kong, as well as researcher at the Faculty of International Relations, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University of Hochiminh City, Vietnam. His research interests are International Politics, Southeast Asian International Relations, South China Sea Issue. Recent publications include: International Cooperation in the South China Sea for the First Two decades of the 21st Century from the Perspective of Constructivism(Hochiminh: VNU-HCM University Press, 2022); Vietnam-China Relations in the Context of the COVID-19: Situation and Prospect.
