Mr. Enrico Vergel De Dios Gloria is a Non-resident Fellow of Research Centre for Asian Studies (RCAS), China, and an assistant professor at the Department of Political Science, University of the Philippines Diliman and currently a PhD student at Tsinghua University, China. His areas of interest include domestic politics and diplomacy of the Philippines, Philippines-China relations, and China's foreign policy. He has been a peer reviewer for Journal of ASEAN Studies(2021), Philippine Political Science Journal(2021) and a member in International Political Science Association, Philippine Political Science Association, Philippine Association for Chinese Studies, Philippine International Studies Organization, Pambansang Samahan sa Sikolohiyang Pilipino (National Association for Sikolohiyang Pilipino). He was selected as a young leader and contributor of the Hawaii Young Leaders Program (US-Philippines Next Generation Leaders in Security Initiative 2022 cohort), Pacific Forum, Honolulu,  since July 2022.

Mr. Enrico has published research papers in some notable academic journals such as Journal of Contemporary China, The Pacific Review, and book chapters with the Palgrave Macmillan. He has been frequently interviewed in various local and international media outlets such as CNN Philippines, ABS-CBN News, Rappler. He has also been actively participated in various seminars, academic conferences, forums, workshops, Non-degree Programs, and trainings.
